Manager - Business Development - Insurance (6-10 yrs)
Role Description :
As an AVP/Sr. Manager/Manager, you will be in charge of day-to-day responsibilities such as managing the sales - New Business and broker network, building a thorough grasp of the market, and devising strategies to provide new insurance products and services to our customers. Your role will need you to work on-site in New Delhi with cross-functional teams to find business opportunities and create customized solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Insurance Broking & Consultancy Services, with at least 3 years in a Corporate/Direct sales role.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements.
- Preference for certifications such as IRDAI, III, and CII.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, particularly non-life.
