Manager - Business Development - Insurance (4-8 yrs)
KEY PURPOSE : To recruit & develop a team of Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
- Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
- Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI products into specified target segments.
- Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
- Assist the Trainer to ensure licensing and certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements.
Required: Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Life Insurance.
