Manager - Business Development - Insurance (4-6 yrs)
To cover and explain the need for LIFE INSURANCE products to customers and sell the appropriate product and amount of 'protection' and 'savings' plans to them.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify new business opportunities of corporate clients and converting the leads into business revenues.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, planning, and preparing presentations on insurance products and services.
- Direct interaction with corporate clients on various insurance requirements on detailed explanation about various insurance policies, policy terms, and conditions.
- Build long term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Corporate and client communication & queries handling's.
- Provide feedback to the underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained.
- Direct interaction with insurance companies on premium negotiations, policy servicing issues and in smooth processing of claims.
