Job Description:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call.
- Motivate advisors for more Sales.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers.
- Work on the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience : Min. 3 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
CTC : Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
Age : 21 to 37 years
Education : Any Graduation
