Manager - Business Development - Insurance (3-5 yrs)

- Execute various proactive strategies for lead generation and nurturing through calls, visits, meetings, emails, LinkedIn, and more.
- Take responsibility for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews.
- Use sales assist tools to update daily activities according to company policies.
- Perform competitor analysis to strengthen our solution pitch.
- Travel and meet with prospects and leads regularly to move them closer to closure.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in content creation and communications.
- Present your achievements and progress with clarity and flair.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs like a true business superhero.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 -5 years in business development within a creative agency or corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
