Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and execute business growth ideas to boost sales and share of the market.

- find and seek new business prospects in the agency insurance industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing the product and service portfolio.

- Work with teams from different departments to ensure the successful conclusion of client projects.

- To stay present on industry trends and ideal practises, behaviours market analysis and studies.

- Prepare and present marketing campaigns and offers to potential customers.

- Contracts and agreements with consumers must be negotiated.

- To assess the efficacy of commercial growth plans, monitor and analyse performance metrics.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Proven track record of succeeding in a field sales and marketing in company development.

- Outstanding contact, and presenting abilities.

- Excellent the ability to analyse and solve problems.

- In a fast-paced setting, a capacity to work alone and as within a team is required.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- A valid driver's licence and secure transportation are required.

Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
