Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding the customer base. They play a vital role in achieving sales targets and promoting the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the market and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and channel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service, address client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote Life Insurance products and services to prospective clients and financial advisors.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and features of the company's offerings.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse customer feedback, and provide insights to the management team for product enhancement and development.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min. 2 Years Exp in Field Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
