Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
Role : Sales Manager - Agency Channel
CTC : 2.5 - 4 Lakhs + incentives
Recruiting & Managing a team of 7 to 10 Sales agents and achieve sales targets through them
Reporting to BM
Required Candidate profile :
- Looking graduates with minimum 1 year of sales experience
- CTC negotiable based on current CTC .
Responsibilities and roles :
- Responsible for business targets and monitoring of Business Quality on various company parameters
- Achieving and exceeding allocated targets within the area of jurisdiction; in line with business targets and mapping
- It is the agency channel's responsibility to find new agents qualified to market life insurance. This entails locating potential candidates, holding interviews, and supplying new agents with training and support.
- In the agency channel, agents are in charge of recommending life insurance to clients. This entails finding new clients, getting to know their needs, and recommending the right insurance coverage.
- In the agency channel, agents are also in charge of giving current clients customer service. This includes responding to queries, addressing issues, and resolving grievances.
- Gain a new client by doing the following: Leads from NPS, the natural market, references, and an orphan base.
- In order to close the policy, coordinate with the Nodal officer.
- Deliver prompt post-sale support for all customers with regard to all domains.
- Develop a plan with the supervisor and work closely together to deliver on business nos.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to achieve sales targets by working cooperatively with the supervisor and making joint sales calls as necessary.
