Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Proactively identify and bring on board new agency partners, consistently surpassing recruitment goals.
- Training & Support: Continuously assess and improve training initiatives to address the changing needs of agency partners and enhance their performance.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales effort by effectively managing the agency network, ensuring all partners meet or exceed their targets.
- Agency Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive long-term collaboration.
