Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meet sales goals via the agency channel.
- Recruit and train new agents on our products and services.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Track market trends and competitor actions.
- Participate in training and development sessions to keep current with product knowledge and sales methods.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Candidate preferences :
- At least 2 years of field sales experience
- Graduation degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be a local candidate
- Good knowledge of insurance products and services
