Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Use networking and market research to find and target potential customers.
- Develop trusting relationships with potential clients to learn about their needs and business obstacles.
- Highlight the salient characteristics and advantages of custom solutions when presenting them to clients.
- Work together to create specialised ideas and demos with the technical and pre-sales teams.
- To achieve win-win outcomes, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Keep thorough records and monitor sales activity.
- Keep abreast of rivals and market trends.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
