Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- The Insurance Agent in the Agency Channel is responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential customers, primarily through a network of agents. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers to meet sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and train independent agents to sell insurance products on behalf of the company.
- Provide marketing and sales support to agents to help them generate new business.
- Oversee agent activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on agency performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Prior experience in insurance sales, preferably in the agency channel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues
Candidate Basic Requirements :
- 22 to 37 years old.
- A degree in any field.
- 2 years minimum in sales and marketing
- Appealing personality and effective communication abilities.
- A challenge-ready person.
- The candidate has lived at their current address for over three years.
