Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer.
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer.
- Following up on business leads and referrals.
Requirements Skills:
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement:
- Age: 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
