We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and grow the Agency Channel for the leading life insurance company in India. The role involves putting together a team of agents and advisers, inspiring and training them, and increasing sales performance in order to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and oversee insurance consultants.
- For expansion prospects, find new markets and clientele.
- Effectively handle escalations and client concerns.
- Create and put into action sales strategies to reach or surpass goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration.
- At least two to five years of sales experience in the financial services or life insurance sector.
