Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles::
- Recruit Agents/Advisors.
- Handling Team
- Manage Agents/Advisors through proper coaching and training.
- Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Building relations with the Leader.
