Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Explore the thriving local markets and get to know the nuances of different industries.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of nearby enterprises, encompassing fiscal data, profit structures, and margins.
- Establish rapport with local business owners and other relevant parties to learn about their goals, struggles, and methods of operation.
- Talk to prospective customers to find out about their tastes, perceptions, and expectations for local shopping experiences.
- Use networking, research, and cold contacting to find and qualify new business prospects.
- Use tailored presentations and communication to establish and preserve relationships with potential customers.
- Work together with internal teams to make sure clients are onboarded smoothly.
- Keep an eye on and assess local mood, competitive dynamics, and market trends to adjust strategy as necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to match business goals with marketing strategies.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
