Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Create and carry out efficient plans and strategies for sales that are in line with the goals of the company.
- Recognise and seize fresh business chances, such as those presented by prospective customers and expanding markets.
- Keep yourself updated on market developments and rivalry in order to make wise strategic choices.
- To accomplish both individual and team sales goals, lead, inspire, and oversee the sales staff.
- Offer team members continual coaching, opportunities for professional growth, and training.
- Establish precise objectives for performance and carry out frequent assessments of it.
- Develop enduring bonds with both current and future customers by getting to know their goals and desires.
- Create plans for drawing in and acquiring new customers to grow the clientele of the agency.
- Maintaining great relationships requires responding to client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other benefits
