Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Locate and seize fresh commercial prospects.
- Establish and nurture enduring bonds with customers.
- Showcase and advertise goods and services to possible customers.
- Advise and comment on customers appropriately.
- Provide feedback on market needs to aid in the development of the platform.
- Accomplish and surpass sales goals.
- Draft and present proposals and sales presentations.
- Assist other departments and the sales team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
