Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements
- Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Make sure that exceptional sales service results in high levels of client satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards for visual merchandising and retail condition.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Find out what clients require and desire
- Suggest and present products that meet the demands of your customers
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Control point-of-sale operations
- Engage in a proactive manner in accepting fresh supplies.
- Stay informed about new product developments.
- Clearly state the advantages and features of the product.
- Maintain a presentable appearance at all times.
- Ensure that the store is kept tidy and organised.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of every organisation.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
