Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Answerable for overseeing the territory's yearly and quarterly income
- In charge of reaching targets for market share
- Find, cultivate, and seize fresh chances for strategic sales
- Collect data on competitors, prices, product offers, and market share to gain insights into the market.
- Assessing each headquarters' performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and taking any remedial action
- To oversee and administer the network of hospitals and detailers and guarantee that every client receives efficient services.
- To recognise and assess various sales channels for various markets
- Effectively oversee and manage the sales process to ensure timely documentation and successful sales closure within the designated time limit.
- Establish and preserve connections with current clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and visits.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
