Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Gather and follow up on leads gathered from the field.
- Recognise the needs of the client and provide assistance and answers.
- Look up possible leads using online directories, digital resources, or company directories.
- Leads from conferences, trade shows, internet advertising, referrals, etc. should be qualified.
- Compile a database or list of potential customers and keep it updated.
- Provide and distribute information to prospective customers.
- Respond to inquiries about follow-up calls and prospective clients.
- Train and onboard clients while out in the field.
- Monitor performance and sales indicators on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- To close sales, create pipelines with team members and channel partners.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
