Responsibilities:
- Oversee, guide, and inspire a group of field sales representatives.
- Create and carry out strategic sales programs to meet business goals.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with important accounts and clients.
- Create and evaluate sales reports to monitor team performance in relation to goals.
- Keep yourself up to date on market developments, consumer inclinations, and rivalry.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
