Functions and Accountabilities:

- Exercises leadership over the sales team.

- Encourages and motivates the sales team to make sure that quotas are fulfilled.

- Examines and evaluates operational and sales data; projects revenues, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets using data.

- Determines and evaluates client preferences to effectively focus sales efforts.

- Assigns regions and establishes sales targets for teams.

- Speaks with potential clients to learn about their wants; then, finds and recommends tools, supplies, or services to fulfil those needs.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is Mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- Good communication skills
