Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As an Agency Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and development of our agency network.
Responsibility :
- Identify potential agency partners and evaluate their suitability for collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive loyalty and maximize performance.
- Set ambitious sales targets for the agency network and monitor performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice sharing within the agency network.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance and recommendations.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
