Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Candidate should be presentable and should have local market experience
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents & meet Business Goals
- Ensure product knowledge of Life Insurance
- Field demonstration (FODs)
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
