Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Sell policies to potential clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions

- Develop new leads and follow up on existing leads to generate new business

- Explain policy details, coverage, and benefits to clients

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with any questions or concerns they may have

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office
