Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales Manager to join our sales team, as our Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive our business.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard, and help them achieve their monthly sales goals
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Managing team performance reviews and creating reward programs for top performers
- Learn details about our products and services
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Qualifications :
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing
- Good knowledge of telemarketing
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Age between 24 - 40
