Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Recruitment of POSP and Business Partners to sell LIFE /Health Insurance
2. Provide Training and sales call support to POSP/Business Partners.
3. To build strong Relationship with all the Insurance partners and business partners to run the function smoothly.
4. Responsible for recruitment of POSP /Business partners as per given targets.
5. To ensure regular meeting with POSP /Business partners to generate leads on regular basis.
6. Need to do lead generation activities on weekly basis for recruitment and sales.
7. Need to meet Monthly and quarterly goal sheet targets on all parameters.
8. Responsible for recruitment of POSP and their activation on monthly basis with LIFE, Health/motor insurance.
9. Need to maintain Quality recruitment and Quality Business sourcing always as per company and IRDA guidelines.
10. Responsible for Renewal collection from next year onwards.
11. Joint call with POSP on regular basis to make sure maximum business for POSP as well as for Organization.
12.Need to achieve Monthly Recruitment and Business Target .
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
