Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible hours and meet sales targets.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Train business associate and advisors
- Maintain healthy relationship with all
- Stakeholders like customers
- Identify business opportunity and close call
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
- Good managerial skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
