We are hiring Business Development Manager for a company that has been evolving as a human resource service provider with an experienced and dedicated team taking care of end-to-end recruitment process of the candidate to hold prominent position in the corporate.
The Job
Role & Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Ideal Candidate :
Key competencies :
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
