Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents to ensure they meet sales objectives and deliver outstanding service to clients. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents, while setting and monitoring sales targets to ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Oversee customer service standards, address concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
- Evaluate agent performance, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to optimize team results.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, formulating strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
