Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

a top insurance company in India, renowned for its creative solutions and first-rate support. We are looking for driven Sales Executives to drive growth and cultivate great connections with insurance agents as we expand our Agency Channel.

Principal Duties:

- Find, hire, and acclimate new insurance representatives.

- Give agents continual assistance and training.

- Create and implement plans to reach sales goals.

- Help agents with fieldwork and sales tactics.

Perform market research to find new prospects.

- Verify compliance with legal and corporate regulations.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar discipline is required.

- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.

- Age range: 21-38

- expertise: At least one year of sales and marketing expertise is required; local candidates are preferred.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
