Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Roles& Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer -satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that enhance lead generation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and relevant organizations.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Age should be 21 To 38
- Bachelor's degree in Any Stream
- 02 Years experience in business development, sales,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
