Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Duties and Positions:
- Finds business opportunities by analyzing and investigating sales choices, as well as by identifying prospects and assessing their standing in the industry.
- Promotes solutions and builds relationships with potential customers to sell items.
- Reports are prepared by gathering, evaluating, and condensing data.
- Establishing his own network by attracting applicants and educating them about the company strategy.
- Examine the problems pertaining to the client and stockpoint and attempt to offer solutions.
- Finding and seizing fresh sales opportunities will help you reach and surpass your sales goals.
- Use persuasive arguments while presenting, marketing, and selling goods and services to both current and potential clients.
- Cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategies can be used to generate leads.
- Create and preserve excellent business ties with clients.
- Recognize the demands of the client and offer solutions that satisfy their specifications.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
