Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Provides training to distributors and sales people in designated territories.
- To provide product inventories and stock reports, serving as a liaison between the distributor and the company.
- Visiting current and prospective clients in a designated sales region to introduce business products and increase brand recognition.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance and inspiring members to reach or surpass goals.
- To oversee sales team members regularly and offer direction when required.
- Adheres to corporate rules while implementing disciplinary measures against staff members.
- Keeps an eye on active accounts and keeps in regular communication with the account's primary contacts.
- Aims to boost sales growth in the region at a predetermined pace set by the business.
- Mostly to communicate with sales representatives.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
