Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Role and Accountability:
- To create a strong sales pipeline, find and qualify leads through networking, research, and cold calling.
- Create and preserve connections with important decision-makers and stakeholders in the sectors you are targeting in order to comprehend their demands and difficulties.
- Introduce and showcase our services and solutions to prospective customers, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.
- Work together with the pre-sales technical team to offer customized concepts and solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- To close sales deals and meet revenue targets, negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Oversee all sales-related tasks, including establishing and religiously adhering to sales goals and making ensuring that goods are delivered precisely through all sales channels;
- Assure prompt money collection from the market for the company. Construct a strategy to reduce the amount of expired goods.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
