Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Develop long-term connections with prospects and fill pipelines.
- Identify new sales leads and cultivate relationships with prospects by utilising sales tools and resources.
- The aim is to bolster the company's conventional Trade Sales by increasing sales and distributions in different categories and geographies.
- Facilitate business for full interior solutions by serving current clients and leads.
- Assist clients in understanding their needs, preferences, and financial limitations by working closely with them.
- Find fresh commercial prospects in order to create chances.
- Making certain that distributors arrange and complete orders on schedule.
- As stated in the yearly plan, plan and accomplish the organization's objectives concerning volumes, market share, profitability, and overall growth.
- Overseeing dealerships in the designated area and reviewing the sales procedure.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
