Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Create and implement sales plans in order to surpass goals and increase market share.
- To build and maintain enduring relationships, locate possible dealers and distributors and get in touch with them.
- To guarantee client happiness and loyalty, oversee and maintain current dealer and distributor accounts.
- Assist dealers and distributors in closing sales by offering them technical and business support.
- To comprehend their demands and offer suitable answers, schedule frequent meetings and visits with important clients.
- Provide comprehensive technical know-how and proficiency on all available products.
- Hold presentations, training sessions, and product demos.
- In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.
- Ensuring that clients' continuous expectations are fulfilled is crucial in maintaining client retention.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
