Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with clients, following up on leads, and placing outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Recognise sales possibilities to satisfy consumers' demands and requires understanding.
- Promptly respond to emails from prospective clients and offer more details.
- Keep abreast of developments and information about products and services to give clients correct information.
- Create and keep up a thorough database of both present and potential clients to facilitate efficient sales management.
- Highlighting the benefits of product and service features, explain and show them to customers.
- Monitor rival goods and services to ensure that ours is positioned correctly in the marketplace.
- To increase client satisfaction and sales revenue, upsell goods and services.
- To increase clientele and create sales chances, investigate and qualify new leads.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
