Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Age 21-38, valid driver's license, own two-wheeler.
