Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Assemble and oversee an advisory board
- Teach the group about the product and methods
- Oversee the performance and productivity of team leaders and agents.
- Complete sales based on leads that team members have produced.
- Create MIS reports and oversee database utilisation and sourcing.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
