Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
For India's Leading Life Insurance Company, We Are Recruiting a Business Development Manager for The Agency Channel Department.
To generate business with life insurance through your own team of financial advisors in the agency channel, you need train, motivate, and support them.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Requirements :

- Age: 22 to 38 years
- Excellent in communication
- Experience: Mini. 6 Months to 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Qualification: Any graduation
