- Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
2.Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.
3.This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.
4.Advisors can get commission on their sales.
5.If your Performance is good you will get FastTrack promotion + Incentives+manager role.
6.100% Field work No leads will be Given by Company.
