Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
- Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and conversions
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
- Keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
Candidates Requirement :
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
