Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executives play an integral role in companies' longevity.
Job Profile :
- Recruiting Prospective Insurance Advisers
- Training & Motivating them
- Driving sales for the company, through insurance advisers
- Goal setting, reviewing and assisting them
- Develop the business plan objectives for assigned Division
- Business development responsibility
- Obtains pertinent underwriting information from prospects
- Developing the team in terms of product & sales knowledge so that they are able to push insurance sales in branches
- Provides support for regulatory supervision of newly licensed advisors
- Monitor and review agents performance, Help them achieve maximum business.
- Meet Customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Executive of sales strategy
- Increase market research and penetration through market segmentation, seek new customers and increase sales
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Field sales & marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
