Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Required :
- 2 Years Of Experience in Sales
- Self-Motivated and driven by targets.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Has to Manage a Team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers.
- Responsible to train the Sales Manager.
- Understand his/her team and be able to solve their problems.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- The Sales Manager will be recruiting agents and agents will generate business from markets.
- Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
