Job Description :
- Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to achieve sales target.
- Developing sales targets & plan based on market assessment, generating customer acquisition as per targeted plan
- Generate new leads and convert existing leads into sale is most important task.
- Responsible for motivating and advising team to improve their performance and achieve their sales targets as well as training new sales representatives.
