Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through :
- Recruiting agents by your team
- Training and developing Team members
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents update Sales Management System.
- Promote motivate agents for Career progression programs to make them join the organization.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Develop New Strategies to achieve sales goal
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Always Motivate team members
- Identifying sales opportunities
Candidatesa Profile :
- 2+ years experience in sales and marketing in the insurance sector
- Age: 24 to 38
- CTC: 2 LPA to 2.55 LPA
- Must be Graduate
- To do field Work Field demonstration (FODs)
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Building strong Relationships with Clients
