Position: Manager of Business Development
Role :
- Discover new business prospects, cultivate clientele, and support the expansion of the organization.
- Leading a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) is the responsibility of a sales development manager.
- Their primary responsibility is to assist the team in generating new leads and establishing a robust sales funnel. By offering coaching, controlling performance, and developing successful plans, they make sure the team achieves its objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Locating fresh business prospects.
- Assist the group in creating a solid sales pipeline and acquiring new clients.
- Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
- Encourage cooperation and maintain team focus.
- Enhance team performance and sales procedures on a constant basis.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Min 2 to 3 years' experience in Field sales and marketing
Age between 21 - 38
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Communication skills.
