Job Overview:

A Business Development Manager is responsible for finding new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating strategies to boost growth, increase sales, and explore new markets.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales or marketing

Age: 21-38 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Find new clients and markets to expand the business.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business growth.

- Ensure a smooth process for onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships.

Skills Needed :

- Good communication skills (both speaking and writing) to build relationships and close deals.

- Knowledge of sales techniques to increase sales and revenue.

- Ability to understand market trends and customer needs to find new business opportunities.

- Problem-solving skills to identify challenges and come up with creative solutions
